PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — All lanes of Route 1 are closed in both directions near Marine Corps Base Quantico due to brush fire activity in the area.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the road is closed between Fuller Road in Prince William County and Telegraph Road in Stafford County. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and use Interstate 95.
