Monkey fever: Karnataka records 100 active cases, 2 deaths, informs Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao – The Economic Times Video

Amid rising monkey fever cases in Karnataka, Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao on February 19 said that as many as 103 people in the state have tested positive for the disease. He also informed that there are 100 active cases in the state. “We have 100 active cases and 2 deaths regarding KFD or monkey fever issues in 3 districts. We just had a meeting with all health officers to review the preparations. Now, we can further prevent the spread of the disease… 103 people tested positive in Karnataka… We should be able to bring in control,” said Dinesh Gundu Rao.
