Combs Apologizes For His Actions

CNN released a video on May 17 of the Bad Boy CEO assaulting Cassie. He appeared to throw the singer to the ground, kick her, and drag her down the hall.

In Diddy’s apology video, he stated that “it’s difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you gotta do that.” He said that he was “f***** up” and “hit rock bottom.” Sean added that his actions were “inexcusable” and took “full responsibility for [his] actions.” The 54-year-old said he was “disgusted” by his actions.

Furthermore, Combs claimed that he “had to go to therapy” and “ask God for his mercy” for his actions. Combs ended the video apologizing, “I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”

The majority of the Roommates who commented on The Shade Room’s Instagram report didn’t think Sean was sincere.

@tiahnaaaa wrote, “Babes I thought you said her allegations weren’t true 30 million dollars ago?”

“Sounds just like an abuser. Apologetic because he got caught. Goodbye.” @theimanijoy added.

@1brotherjoshua empathized with Diddy writing, “I’m so glad God don’t treat us how we treat each other when we’ve done wrong. There wouldn’t be a soul left if He punished us for all of our sins.”

@mauibigelow felt Combs should have directly apologized to Cassie writing, “He DID NOT utter one apology to the person that deserves it, Cassie. A true narcissist trying to gain sympathy and cover his tracks. He never would have apologized if the video did not come out and he never apologized specifically to the woman he assaulted.”

Roommate, @melissamw15 said, “Not him apologizing immediately after he gets caught, when he was denying it all along. nothing like a ‘sincere apology’ though.”
