A five-judge bench headed by CJI DY Chandrachud dismisses SBI’s plea seeking a deadline extension to disclose details on electoral bonds. CJI Chadrachud directs SBI to disclose the details by the close of business hours (5PM) of March 12, 2024 (tomorrow). CJI Chandrachud also directs ECI to publish the compiled information by March 15, 2024.
