West Bengal’s Sandeshkhali has been on the boil for a month with protests against TMC leader Sheikh Shajahan over allegations of land grabbing and sexual abuse. A group of local women have approached the police officials to file a complaint against Sheikh Shahjahan. “The incident in Sandeshkhali is shameful for West Bengal and the entire country. TMC and Mamata Banerjee’s government tried to hide it and protect the criminals.
