More Details Regarding Lil Rod’s Amended Complaint Against Diddy & Cuba Gooding Jr.

According to USA Today, on Monday, March 25, Jones added Cuba Gooding Jr. as a defendant in his lawsuit against Diddy. The amendment reportedly occurred “hours” after Homeland Security Investigations raided Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes.

NBC News adds that Jones’ amended complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, New York.

The update reportedly asserts that Gooding Jr. “groped Jones” while on the music mogul’s yacht. The incident reportedly occurred in the U.S. Virgin Islands in January 2023.

“[Gooding] began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders,” the suit states, per NBC News. “[Jones] was extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to lean away from Mr. Gooding Jr. He rejected his advances and Mr. Gooding Jr. did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away.”

According to USA Today, Jones’ lawsuit includes a photo of him alongside the actor. In the picture, the actor allegedly has his arm around Jones. Another image shows Gooding Jr. and Diddy speaking while on the aforementioned yacht.

NBC News reports that representatives for the music mogul have not responded to a request for comment. Additionally, representatives for Gooding Jr. have yet to respond to the outlet.

Furthermore, the outlet notes that in 2022, Gooding Jr. pleaded guilty to forcibly touching a nightclub worker in 2018. However, he ultimately did not serve jail time.

More Information On The Raids Of The Music Mogul’s Homes

As The Shade Room previously reported, Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided on the afternoon of March 25. TMZ and other outlets are still reportedly waiting for comment from Diddy and his reps.

During the raid, HSI reportedly entered the music mogul’s residences with guns drawn and spoke to everyone present.

Footage even surfaced of the music mogul’s sons, Justin and Christian Combs, being detained.

At this time, not many details have been made public about what prompted the raid. However, it was reported that the search was part of an “ongoing investigation” speculated to have been sparked by sex trafficking allegations stemming from New York, per The Shade Room.

More Details Regarding The Producer’s Initial Lawsuit Filing & Allegations

As The Shade Room previously reported, Jones filed the initial lawsuit against Diddy in the federal court Southern District of New York in late February. The suit arrived about four months after the music mogul’s ex-girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, accused him of sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking in another bombshell lawsuit, per The Shade Room. Ventura’s lawsuit was also filed in the federal court in the Southern District of New York.

Jones alleged he was also sexually assaulted by Diddy and subject to “unwanted advances” of his associates by Diddy’s “direction.”

Diddy was accused of grooming Jones for sex and also drugging and raping Jones.

Furthermore, the initial suit made mention of Gooding Jr. allegedly assaulting Jones in addition to a female cousin of Young Miami’s. The rapper’s cousin allegedly assaulted Jones and attempted to have sex with him in front of Diddy and Diddy’s staff.

Lastly, the suit accused Diddy of using his son, Justin Combs, and Stevie J. to recruit underage girls and prostitutes for sex parties at his residence.

Ultimately, Diddy’s lawyer denied the allegations.

According to TMZ, Jones’ initial lawsuit was filed against the music mogul, his son Justin, and “other employees as well as various record execs.”
