Florida State vs. Virginia: The No. 3 Virginia Cavaliers won a hard-fought defensive battle in their ACC opener, beating the Florida State Seminoles, 60-57. Kihei Clark led the Cavs in scoring with 18 points with 3 assists and 3 rebounds while Jayden Gardner added 10 points and 7 boards and Armaan Franklin chipped in 9 points in the win. The Cavaliers played suffocating defense, holding the Seminoles to just 33% shooting from the floor. Darin Green Jr. led the ‘Noles with 17 points in the loss.
