Backlash over Virginia Beach school board member's post about ESL students

A controversial comment from a Virginia Beach School Board member is getting a lot of attention from critics and supporters. On Facebook, Victoria Manning posted about the school division’s English as a Second Language (ESL) program, saying that “continuing to educate South Americans is not sustainable.” Angelo Vargas heard from people on both sides of the controversy.
