Bhubaneswar (Odisha): Former Minister and MLA from Gopalpur Assembly constituency of Odisha, Pradeep Panigrahi met BJP state President Manmohan Samal on February 15. There are speculations that Panigrahi may join hands with the BJP. Notably, Pradeep Panigrahi has been expelled by the ruling Biju Janata Dal.
